About

I grew up in South America, at the border of Paraguay and Brazil. I had the opportunity to attend school in both countries as well as in the US where I enrolled as a level 1 ELL student on my senior year of high school. After graduating, I moved back to Paraguay where I pursued my undergraduate degree Bilingual Education. While attending college, I worked as a paraeducator at the American School of Asuncion. I moved to the US soon after graduating from college and began teaching and attending graduate school. In 2014 I graduated with a M.A. in Education from the University of Nebraska.
