As a native of Lincoln, I attended a local high school and received my Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education at Concorida University in Seward, Nebraska. My first five years of teaching took place in Las Vegas, Nevada where I taught both Spanish and ELL. During that time, I attained a Master's Degree in ELL from North Central University and began teaching ELL at Lincoln Public Schools in 2017. I am very thankful to be teaching at Lincoln High as it has been an influential component in teaching, learning, and growing.
