Mr. Foley has been a member of the Lincoln Public School staff since 2001. He has been the Lincoln High Assistant Special Education Coordinator since 2005. He taught Special Education at Lincoln North Star during the 2004-2005 year and taught Special Education at Lincoln High from 2001 to 2004.
Mr. Foley also taught in New Mexico for two years from 1999-2001.
He taught in his native country of Canada from 1986 to 1999 in Newfoundland and Ontario.
Professional Experience
Completed his Masters degree in 2006 in Educational Administration at Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska.
Completed a Masters of Education in Special Education at Saint Micheal's College in Winooski, Vermont in in 1991.
His undergraduate degrees include Bachelor of Special Education, Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Science (Psychology) all completed at Memorial University of Newfoundland in St. John's, Newfoundland.
