I grew up in Ord, Nebraska. I was especially fond of my 3rd grade teacher and later my high school Journalism teacher, Speech teacher, and Music teacher. I also appreciated the teaching style of my high school Biology teacher who went on to teach at Lincoln Northeast. I later had the pleasure of teaching with him at Northeast for several years. These teachers were truly an inspiration to me.
Professional Experience
I attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where I received a Bachelors Degree in English and Masters Degree in Education.
I also received my Teacher certification and an ELL Endorsement from UN-L.
