I have spent my whole life in Lincoln, Nebraska. Growing up I went to Roper Elementary, Park Middle School, Pound Middle School, and then Southeast High School. I also participated in the K-12 education pathway through The Career Academy.
During college I spent 2 years working for an organization that supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I graduated from UNL in May '23.
