Upon graduation from Kearney High School in 2002, Amber attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. There she received her degree and became certified in K-12 art education. While attending UNL she worked as a Resident Assistant with UNL-Housing and married her husband Nate. That is a long but interesting story that starts in the Omaha airport (a love story she will gladly tell if you are interested)! Throughout high school and college Amber worked at Target in many different capacities one of which was in the Photo Department. It was her freshman year of high school when Amber fell in love with photography and she loves being able to share her passion for photography and art with her students.
