My name is Anya Edwards, and this is my 11th year teaching. I grew up in a small town in Iowa before attending Luther College. I graduated in 2011 with a Bachelors degree in English with a secondary education minor. I taught two years of high school English in Montezuma, Iowa, before moving to Lincoln in 2013. Then I taught a year of 8th grade English and five years of 6th grade Language Arts at Lefler Middle School before moving to Beattie Elementary to become a media specialist and computer science teacher. I am now the media specialist at Park Middle School. I have been married for 6 years and have 3 cats.
