Hello! I am so excited to be joining the 1st Grade team at Humann! I have been teaching for 11 years. For the past nine years, I have been a teacher at Pershing Elementary. 

I have had a number of different experiences throughout Lincoln Public Schools as a substitute teacher, since graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2008. I am excited to see what this year brings and I look forward to working with students, parents, and staff. 

Personally, I have been married to my husband, Matt, for 13 years. We have three children, Adelina (9), and twins Andrew and Alexa (6). We keep very busy with their activities - soccer, baseball, dance, as well as trips to the zoo, library, and the Children's Museum. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and doing projects around the house.
