My name is Mrs. Amy Frankforter.  Here is a little bit about me:

I have been teaching early childhood and elementary school for 23 years, this being my first year at Maxey.  I have lived in Lincoln for 35 years.  I went to Kahoa Elementary, Mickle Middle School and Lincoln Northeast High School.  I graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1993.  I was a member of the Cornhusker Marching Band!  Go Huskers!  I graduated from Doane College in 2015  with my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.  I love to sing, play and listen to music and read every day.

I am married to Troy and have three girls, and a very cute dog named Scout. My favorite color is green and my favorite number is 3.   I love teaching at MAxey and Third Grade is where it's at!  Hats off to a great year!
