I was born and raised in Lincoln, NE. I went to school at Pershing Elementary, Mickle Middle, and Northeast High School. I love the Northeast Lincoln area, and am very very excited to be able to teach here!
I attended college at Nebraska Wesleyan University and studied Elementary Education and Special Education. During my time at Wesleyan, I was involved in Women's Swimming, Student Education Association, and Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
I love being active and staying busy.

I am excited to start my 4th year of teaching at Brownell Elementary School as a special education teacher. Throughout my early career, I have worked with a variety of populations of students. I strive to meet all students needs, and be able to create resilient, independent students who love to learn.
