I grew up in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada before attending university in the United States. After leaving Canada, I attended Faulkner Junior College in Bay Minette, Alabama before graduating from University of the Southwest in Hobbs, New Mexico.
I have taught in the LPS district since 2007 and I also coach with the Lincoln Southwest softball program where I have been a part of the coaching staff since 2008.
I live in Lincoln, Nebraska with my wife Marci. We have four children: Ciaran, 13, will be starting eighth grade this year, our daughter Lilly, 7, who will be attending second grade, our son Declan 4, who will be completing his final year of pre- school, and our youngest son, Liam, who is seven months old. We also live with Mike, our nine year old corgi.
Professional Experience
2001- 2004: Taught English and was Gifted Facilitator in Hobbs Municipal School district in Hobbs, NM.
2004- 2007: Taught Freshman English at HM King High in Kingsville, Texas and coached Football, baseball and was the Boys Varsity Soccer Head Coach
2007- Present: Lincoln Public Schools teacher and softball coach at Lincoln Southwest High School.
