I grew up primarily in Lincoln, NE and attended St. Peter's Grade School and St. Pius X High School.  From a young age, I knew I wanted to be a teacher and work with children.  Before becoming a teacher, I worked at a daycare, taught Spanish as an after school elective at St. Peter's School, and worked at the after school program at Villa Marie School in Waverly.

Since joining Lincoln Public schools in 2006, I have spent time teaching in three schools.  I spent two years at Culler Middle School working as a resource teacher, Roper Elementary for 14 years, and now I'm excited to be a Meadowlark! 
 

My husband and I married in 2007 and have two beautiful daughters.  We are also fur and quill parents to a Guinea pig named Zoe, a hedgehog named Dixie, and a black Labrador named Arlo!
