Hi, my name is Chelcey Mannel and I am the music teacher at Hartley Elementary!
I graduated from Doane University in 2019, spent a year teaching in Fremont, Ne and then moved to Lincoln to teach at Hartely in 2020.
I have been in love with music for as long as I can remember. In highschool and college I was heavily involved in choir. I have always enjoyed performing, but I love teaching students about music even more!
