I am married to my best friend, Scott. He is one of two sales managers out at Frontier Harley Davidson. We feel incredibly blessed (and are finding so much joy in how incredibly busy we are!) with our five children. Our oldest is in high school and our youngest is 3 months old. I feel so lucky that our school-age children have received their foundational education from the amazing teachers here at Hill Elementary.
I graduated from UNL with a degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Social Science. In December of 2008 I received my Masters in Literacy from Concordia University in Seward, NE. I started my teaching career 15 years ago in Colorado Springs where I taught 6th grade, followed by a year of 5th grade. This will be my 13th year teaching 5th grade at Hill Elementary!
