I grew up in Kansas and graduated from a small highschool with about 35 students in my class. I got married and moved to the Chicago suburbs for 5 years. I moved here to Linclon to be close to family and this is where I am planting my roots!
I started my college career at a small community college in Kansas where I was pursuing a degree in nursing. I recieved my Associates in Science before deciding nursing was not my calling. After taking a break, I eventaully enrolled at National Louis University in Chicago, IL. I completed my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education with an endorsement in Special Education. I completed my student teaching in Kindergarden and I truly feel this is where I was meant to be professionally!
