Graduate of Lincoln Southeast High School. Spent eight years in the US ARMY as a Motor Transport Operator also certified as a US ARMY Master Fitness Trainer, Combat Life-Saver & Helicopter Air Assualt. K-12 Physical Education degree University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Twenty-four years as a part-time certified Personal Fitness Trainer. I have a wife, two daughters & a dog. Love to hike, bike, golf, fish & all sports.
Twenty-one years teaching Physical Education in LPS. Nine years in middle school & 12 years in elementary school. Twenty-four years as a certified Exercise Physiologist through the College of Sports Medicine.
