Welcome to Kindergarten at Fredstrom!
First, let me thank you for entrusting your children into my care. I will do my best to make sure your child is nurtured and stimulated to learn. I am excited for a very rewarding year full of learning and laughter.
A little bit about me, I started my teaching journey at Emporia State University in Kansas and earned my teaching degree. I also have a master’s degree from Baker University. Our family lived in Kansas City where I taught for 9 years in kindergarten and second grade. We moved to Lincoln and I taught at McPhee Elementary for 5. I hope you love our school as much as I do!
I have 3 boys at home. who attend school in Lincoln. I have a 4rd grader, a 7th grader and an 8th grader. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. In our free time we love to go hiking and kayaking. Life is busy and I love every minute.
Professional Experience
I graduated in 2006 with a Bachelors of Art in Education from Emporia State University.I graduated in 2008 with a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Baker University. 2021-2022 will be my 16th year teaching.
