I graduated from Northern Arizona Univeristy located in Flagstaff Arizona with a degree in Physical Education. While there I student taugh both at the middle school and high school level. After graduating I was hired by a K-8 school as their Physical Education teacher. I taught Kindergarten through 8th grade physical education. Kindergaten through 4th grade focused on developmental movement as well as social skills. 5-8th grade focused on sport specific skills, teamwork, and life-skills. I have experience teaching weight training classes and have introduced my students to the basics of nutrition and working out/ staying healthy in a non-school environment. Aside from teaching physical education, I was also the girls soccer coach and coached the team for 4 years. I am AVID certified and am certified in the National Archery in Schools Program (NASP).

Personally I played soccer at the NCAA Division 1 level, and have been playing since the age of three.
