Hello! After being a substitute throughout LPS (including many stops at Irving), I am proud to be an Aardvark! 

I before arriving at Irving, I grew up in Fairbury, Nebraska (yes, where the red hot dogs were made!), and went to Nebraska Wesleyan University. I did my student teaching at A.N, Pritzker Elementary in Chicago, and then was a substitute teacher here in Lincoln. After a year as a teacher in Gretna Public Schools, I made the leap here to Irving!

I love teaching Humanities because it allows me to teach a wide range of subjects, all that I find interesting!

Outside of school, I love to stay active through running, cycling, and the occasional round of golf. I love to follow my sports teams (Nebraska Football and Basketball, Tottenham Hotspur, and Formula 1). If I'm not doing any of those activities, you will likely find me at one of the many coffee shops in Lincoln reading, or watching a new movie at home!

I'm excited and proud to be in a great school, and a wonderful district!
