I am a Nebraska transplant, having grown up in the small community of Beresford, South Dakota. This year begins my 20th year of teaching with Lincoln Public Schools. I have enjoyed teaching various grade levels including second, third and fourth.
To best support my students’ education, I have continued my own over the years. I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a majors in Elementary Education and Special Education. I also received my master’s degree in Historical Students from Nebraska Wesleyan
My husband, Nate, and I have have two daughters. Atley is a 12th grader and Brynn is a 9th grader. On the weekends I stay quite busy attending all of their sporting events. I love to shop, read and watch TV, especially sporting events.
