About Me

I work with students who are Speech/Language Impaired in the areas of language, articulation, voice and fluency.  I use a variety of service delivery models based on the student's performance and needs. These service delivery models may include: co-teaching in the general education classroom, station teaching in the general education classroom, individual or small group instruction outside of the general education classroom, and consultation between special education teachers and general education teachers.  I enjoy working with other teachers and administrators in improving the social and academic competence of students identified with communication needs.

Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year!  Culler Middle School is a GREAT place to be.  This is my 23rd year at Culler Middle School as the Speech/Language Pathologist.  I believe ALL students can learn given the right tools to work with.  A child's communication is directly related to reading, writing, listening, speaking, thinking and social communication.

Professional Experience

I obtained my Bachelor's in Speech/Language Pathology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  I then received my Master's in Speech/Language Pathology at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota.
