Born in Mesa, AZ in 1997, I moved to Nebraska when I was 4 years old when my dad became a professor at Chadron State College. I graduated high school in Sidney, NE in 2015, and spent the next four years studying at the University of Wyoming, before coming to Lincoln to finish my degree.

In addition to my dad, I come from a family of educators. Many of my other family members including uncles, cousins, and step-mother are teachers or work in education. 

I am passionate about history and civics and deeply enjoy sharing my knowledge with students in order to prepare them for the world that awaits them outside of school, and mould them into well informed members of society.
