This is my 5th year teaching and I have spent all 5 years at Prescott! I have spent most of my time with 5th graders but have also worked with 4th graders, kindergarteners and now 2nd graders.
I grew up in Burlington, Colorado - a small town located in eastern Colorado, 12 miles from the Kansas border.
I attended the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs for one year before coming to Nebraska. I then attended Nebraska Wesleyan University and received a degree in Elementary and K-12 Special Education. Last year I completed my Master's Degree in Educational Administration through Concordia University.
My husband, Michael, is a 4th grade teacher in Lincoln. We have a daughter, Tatum, who was born in January. We also have a dog, Chewbacca, and a cat named Yoda.
