My name is Jillian Schernikau! I have my Bachelor's in Spanish with a minor in Education (2012), my Master's in Curriculum + Instruction (2016), and my Master's in Educational Leadership (2021).

This is my 10th year teaching and I have been with LPS for 7 years. I am passionate about working with youth and love to work in education. I believe it is so powerful to be a part of the trajectories of students and take my role very seriously. WIth that, I really love to enjoy life and that includes my job. I make it a priority to have a fun, but calm and peaceful environment for myself and my students.
