In the community, I appreciate the chances to introduce myself as the associate principal of Mickle Middle School.  I am proud to say I have been at this wonderful building since 2005 and starting my 31st year in education, all with LPS.  Outside of school, I am the parent of three children. My youngest is a 11th grader in LPS and her siblings are in college (a Jackrabbit sophomore at SDSU and my son in grad school with UNL).

I look forward to the opportunities here at school as we strive for high levels of learning and growth. The reputation of the Mickle community, students, and staff is a proud one.

Please continue to talk to your student and listen to their thoughts concerning the school year.  Parents who monitor student progress help to insure a successful and positive year.  We, at Mickle, believe that effective communication is essential in our partnership with families.

I always have the goal to be visible and quickly get to know Mickle students.  My wish is to continue the strong personal connections and be a trusted adult if the need arises.
