Schedules

Monday through Friday - Scott Middle School

Greetings!  This year I am celebrating my 22nd year at Scott Middle School.  Over the years I've had the opportunity to serve Lincoln students in Early Childhood, 10 elementary schools, 4 middle schools, 2 high schools, Yankee Hill, NEC, ESP, Bryan, DSEC and various parochial schools.  I also serve on the district Crisis Team. But I have a special place in my heart for SMS.  My own kids are Scott alumni and were able to benefit from the exceptional skills of the teachers and administrators in our building.

At Scott, my roles include consulting with teachers and parents regarding academic or behavioral needs, assessing students to help determine appropriate interventions, providing mental health services, helping implement school-wide behavioral initiatives, and consulting with district and community service providers.

Professional Experience

After obtaining my BA in Psychology from the University of South Dakota (Go 'Yotes!), I received my MS and Specialist training in School Psychology from Illinois State University.  I completed my internship and worked in Iowa for Lakeland AEA, and later Heartland AEA.  In 1996, I moved to Nebraska with my family and joined the LPS staff in 1997.
