I was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska but have traveled the world and enjoy learning on a daily basis. I have three children ages 23, 19, and 15 and haved loved spending most of my free time attending all of their activities. I am an avid sports fan and love cheering on my favorite teams. (Huskers, Packers, Cubs) I played softball in college and also coached for 10 years before my first son was born.  

My first teaching job was at Lincoln High School over 20 years ago!! This will be my 7th year teaching English Learners which I absolutely love because of the amazing students and families that I get to see everyday!! I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with staff members who are dedicated to helping all students learn and grow!
