About Me

Hi! Thanks for stopping by room 617.  My name is Kathi Olson, and I am beginning my 14th year at Arnold working with Special Education students.  Prior to coming to Arnold, I taught Special Education for 14 years at Milford Elementary School.  I love working with small groups of students to reinforce their reading, writing, and math skills.

Originally from Lexington, Nebraska, I moved to Lincoln with my husband, Troy, in 1986.  We stay busy with our 4 children.  Emma graduated from UNL with a degree in Interior Design. Hanna is a teacher in Bellvue.   Our twins, Soffi and Hunter, are seniors at LSW.  There's always something going on at the Olson's!

In my free time I like to garden, do craft projects, and spend time with my family.  We love following the Huskers in all athletic events!

See you in the hallways!
