My name is Kolbi Stahl and I am a Special Education Life Skills teacher. I grew up on a farm on the Eastern Shore of Maryland riding horses, reading books, playing soccer, and exploring in the woods. In high school, I discovered a passion for debate and politics which lead me to pursue a degree in Political Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. During my time there I learned that my passion for politics was related more so to advocacy and I discovered my real passion for working with high school students with special needs. Upon graduation, I became a paraprofessional at North Star and began to pursue my K-12 teaching certificate and Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Doane University. I enjoy reading, weightlifting, listening to podcasts and traveling to see my family and explore new places.
