Hello! My name is Kim Tussing.  I am teaching my 2nd year of Kindergarten in room 118.   I am married to Jay and I have 3 children named: James, Chris and Anna.  We also have a dog named Baxter. I have lived in Lincoln my whole life and love it!!  I love to read and spend much of my free time watching my children play various sports. My family likes to have game night where we play some of our favorite board games, like Apples to Apples, Clue, and Monopoly and play cards. In the summer, one of our favorite activities is going to Sonic to get an ice cream treat or the Omaha Zoo!  I believe children learn best when they experience something for themselves. Children need to play and explore their environment, using all their senses and receiving guidance from adults.
