A little about me...
I grew up outside of Lincoln near Branched Oak Lake. I left Nebraska after college to find a teaching position. I started a family and after a while decided to move back. I live near the community of Meadow Lane. I have two children. Pamela is a senior at Wesleyan University and Wyatt is a freshman attending Augustana University. I also have a wonderful husband, Kieth. My german shepherd's name is Milo.
Professional Experience
Hello!
I have been teaching for 26 years. Most of my experience has been with first grade, although, I have taught second, kindergarten, and ELL students. I have worked in Arizona, California, and now Nebraska schools, which is where I'll stay.
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from UNL and have a Master's Degree in Historical Studies from Wesleyan University. Along the way I've taken classes in Special Educaiton to keep up my learning.
I currently teach fourth grade students. I'm enjoying the change!
