Hello!

My name is Leah Stepanek.  This is my second year of teaching, but my first year at Belmont, and I am excited to be here!  Last year I taught at Field Club Elementary in the Omaha Public Schools district.  I am from Lincoln and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in December of 2011 with a degree in Elementary Education.

Over the summer I got married to my husband Joe, on June 8th!  Joe and I have a 4-legged, Yellow Lab friend named Millie!  She is full of energy and keeps us busy!  When I am not at  school, I enjoy running, swimming, reading, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.
