Hi everyone! My name is Melissa Beard. I am in my third year of teaching and am a Southwest grad myself, so am thrilled to be a Hawk again.
I finished my undergrad at Doane University in 2015, with a double major in Art and Communications. After taking some time off, I decided to go back to school and get my Teaching Certification which I received in July 2018. I also received my masters in Instruction and Curriculum in May 2019 from Doane University.
