Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.  We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

I have taught with the Lincoln Public School system since 1987.  I started my career with Lincoln Public Schools with the Headstart program at Elliott Elementary.  I worked with the Home Base children who were three years old, the Center Base Program children who were four years old, and I also worked as the Education Coordinator there.  I also worked at Hill Elementary teaching 2nd grade for 10 years.  After taking a few years off to spend with my own children at home, I returned to Lincoln Public Schools.  I worked at Everett teaching 4th grade for two years.  Following my two years at Everett, I worked at McPhee for three years teaching 3rd grade.  Next, I moved to Humann Elementary school and taught 3rd grade for two years.  This will be my 9th year teaching 5th grade at Humann Elementary.

In my spare time, I keep busy attending my youngest son's football games at Doane University, spending time with my granddaughter, and hanging out with my own kids.  I have two sons and two daughters.  I enjoy reading a good book and spending time with my family.
