I was born and raised in Fukui, Japan. When I was in high school, I decided to study abroad in US to learn and experience the diverse culture. I came to Nebraska in the beginning of 2015. Education has alwats been something that seems familiar as both of my parents have been teachers for almost 40 years in Japan. I had an opourtunity to student teach at Southwest High School. I found it  rewarding to be able to witness students learn and success.   

Every day I strive to be a better teacher who is warm and caring. I want all students to be successful learners and work to create an atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, and adaptive to the varied needs of students.
