Hello,

I am so glad you are here!  I am honored to serve Clinton Elementary School as the assistant principal.

 Previously I taught for 11 years in grades Kindergarten through Third Grade at McPhee Elementary School.

My mission is to support and promote equitable educational opportunities and advocate for all learners so they can live their lives to their fullest potential.

My leadership philosophy is:  

I believe that leaders strive for growth, therefore I will continue self-reflective practices in order to be a lifelong learner.


I believe that each and every person matters, therefore I will intentionally establish and maintain relationships. 


I believe that in order to serve others, I must think and act with an anti-bias lens, therefore I will critically examine my own beliefs and actions. 

I believe in equity for all scholars, therefore I will ensure that teachers and staff have the knowledge and resources to implement research-based instructional strategies .
