I grew up in Lincoln and attended LPS as a student. I graduated from Doane College in 2006 with a BA in Music Education. I did my student teaching with LPS and then taught in Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska. I have served as a Strings Specialist with Rochester Public Schools in Minnesota and with Millard Public Schools in Nebraska. I have played violin with The Lincoln Symphony and The LaCrosse Symphony. I am currently working on obtaining a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction through Doane College. I play the violin with the Hastings Symphony and live outside of Hickman with my husband and two children. I'm looking forward to another great year at Roper and Saratoga Elementaries and at Park Middle School!
