I was born and raised in LIncoln, Nebraska. I graduated from Lincoln East High School then decided to take my volleyball career to the next level and play at Emporia State and then again at Ottawa University. I got my Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education at Ottawa and then student taught at North Star high School and Fredstrom Elementary. I started my teaching career at Scott Middle school back in 2015. I was there for a year and then moved to East High school. I have been coaching volleyball at East since 2014. I started as the freshman coach, but am now the junior varsity coach. I was the junior varsity soccer coach last season (2018) and I will be the freshman basketball coach this year (2018). I coach club volleyball at Nebraska One and have been doing so since 2014.
