My name is Nicki Mollet. I am originally from South Dakota and have been able to call Lincoln my home since 2017. This is my 13th year teaching and I am still learning something new every day! Cooking, reading, writing and listening to podcasts are some of my hobbies. I very much enjoy being outside and exploring my surroundings. I especially like going on walks, runs, hikes or bike rides.
I have an undergraduate degree in Spanish from the University of Northern Arizona.
I have a Master’s degree in Imaginative Education from Universidad Gabriela Mistral and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Doane University.
I have worked as a second language English teacher in Costa Rica, Spain, Austria, Chile and the United States.
I worked for 10 years in Santiago, Chile at an international school both as a teacher and as an administrator.
Upon moving back to the United States, I was a Community Learning Center Director and then spent one year teaching Spanish at Millard South High School before coming to Moore Middle School.
