I am a lifetime Lincoln resident. I come from a family of teachers including, my aunt (SPED Coordinator at Lefler), another aunt (SPED teacher), another aunt (ELL teacher), my grandfather (former college professor at Nebraska Wesleyan), and my mother (computer, PE, and reading recovery). I have always dreamed of teaching and coaching. LPS and Roper are the perfect settings for me to accomplish my goals.
Professional Experience
I majored in Elementary Education at Hastings College and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. I've had the privilege to coach football and wrestling for seven years at both Lincoln North Star and currently Lincoln Northeast. I started my porfessional teaching career in 2014. I have also taught fourth grade and K-5 computer sceince during my time with LPS.
