My name is Robert Overfield, and I have been Nuernberger Education Center since 2017.

I spent the majority of my life in Mercedes, Texas. I moved to Lincoln, Nebraska when I was 16 years old, and graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School.

I attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated with a B.S. in Education and Human Sciences with a major in Secondary Social Science Education in May 2013.  Prior to graduation I student taught one semester at Lincoln High School. I then went on and coached college football in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at Northeastern State University.

I earned my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with a K-12 SPED endorsement at Doane University in December 2018.

My goal is to provide my students with the tools necessary for them to achieve their goals and dream, regardless of what they may be. I strive for my students to be aware citizens that have skills that will allow them to excel as an adult in the 21st century.
