I grew up on a farm in small town St. Helena, NE with my 6 brothers and sisters. I moved to Lincoln to attend the University of Nebraska, received my degreee, married my husband Shaun and got my teaching job. At Fredstrom I have taught resource, 2nd grade and 6th grade. When 6th grade transitioned to the middle school setting I became the Science Specialist in 2003. I fulfilled the role of parent at Fredstrom too as both my children, Kyle and Sydney, attended school here. Each day I look forward to working with children in a hands-on manner to gain knowledge scientifically.
