You will find me in the teal pod, Suzan Schoening, a Lincolnite my whole life.  My education includes a bachelors from UNL (Go Huskers!) and a masters from Nebraska Wesleyan.  My husband, Don, and I have three children.  I enjoy reading, learning new things, and hanging out with family.

I LOVE teaching!  It is my passion.  This year will begin my 30th year teaching in the Lincoln Public Schools and 19th  year at Maxey. I have also taught at Beattie and Lakeview. Throughout the years, I have had opportunities to teach second, fourth, fifth, and sixth grades.  I am looking forward to working together with each student and parent this year and seeing each child grow.
