My passion for teaching was inspired by my government teacher back in high school. I have worked in many different settings over my career which began in an alternative high school for Omaha Public Schools and later brought me to Lincoln Public schools where I worked at the middle level at Scott Middle School. I was then hired to open up Southwest as an original Silver Hawk and will begin my thirteenth year here. I am looking forward to another wonderful school year!
