Thanks for stopping by my page! I'm super excited to be opening Lincoln Northwest this year and to be teaching our first dual-credit math class: Pre-Calculus!
I grew up in Bellevue, Nebraska and graduated from Bellevue East High School before moving to Lincoln to attend UNL. I've come to love this city, and can't imagine living anywhere else. At UNL I earned my Bachelor of Science in mathematics with a focus in physics. Unhappy with my career prospects, I returned to UNL and earned a Master of Arts in Teaching, Learning, and Teacher Education and began my teaching career. After spending some time commuting to Omaha to teach at King Science & Technology Magnet Center, I was able to work at Schoo which is a much shorter drive.
Since transfering to LPS I've worked in a variety of experiences ranging from an enrichment class for 7th grade math to leading the math team for LPS's Remote Learning Program. I'm very excited to be opening Lincoln Northwest!
