I grew up in Lincoln, but have lived most of my adult life in Missouri. I returned to Lincoln in 2014. I have family here in Lincoln and enjoy being able to spend time with family and friends.
I have been blessed with a rescue dog who has turned into an amazing certified therapy dog. Kylo now gets to come to school with me and loves working with students, providing calming emotional support.
Professional Experience
I have worked in the social work field since 1995. My previous work experience includes private practice therapy, in-home family preservation, hospital social work, inpatient mental health, severe and persistent mental illness community supports, wrap around service coordination, child protective services, and overseeing services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
I received my Bachelors of Social Work from the University of Kansas, and my Masters of Social Work from the University of Nebraska- Omaha.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Mental Health Professional in the State of Nebraska.
