Daily Schedule

Coming soon

I was born in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, but shortly after moved to Hoffman Estates, Illinois where I lived until I moved out to Lincoln. During high school I swam competitively all four years and I was on the rowing team my entire college career. Along with teaching for LPS I am also an assistant coach for the Greater Nebraska Swim Team.
I graduated from the University of Iowa in December of 2014 (Go Hawks!) and spent the following months substituting for teachers and para-professionals at all levels (K-12) in the Iowa City Community School District. During the summer time, I have spent the past 5 years lifeguarding and teaching swim lessons at local pools in Illinois and Iowa.
In my free time I love to stay active by running, swimming, biking, or playing basketball. I also love to play my guitar, read, and spend time with my friends/family.
I began my teaching career in 4th grade at Ruth Hill Elementary in the 2015-2016 school year and I am excited to continue on teaching 4th grade at Kahoa Elementary!
