I am excited to begin my second year teaching 3rd grade at Beattie!  I am originally from the small town of Clearwater, Nebraska.  I grew up on a farm with my parents and little brother, Bryce.  Through multiple opportunities working with youth growing up, I knew I wanted to be a teacher.  I graduated from Clearwater High School in 2018 and enrolled in college at Wayne State College and graduated in May of 2022.  I had the amazing opportunity to student teach at Beattie and begin my teaching career here.  

My wife, Brooke, and I have been married since June 2022, and she is currently pursuing a masters degree at UNL. We have a daughter, Maggie, that was born in March of 2023.  We also have two dogs--Penny and Tater!
