Hello! My name is Tristen Sadd and I am so excited to begin my first year of teaching here at Roper elementary. I grew up in Hastings, Nebraska where I lived with my family until I graduated from highschooI. I then moved to Lincoln and graduated from the University of Nebraska--Lincoln in May of 2018 after student teaching in the spring here at Roper. I have learned so much in my four years of school and observing of teachers in Lincoln Public Schools-- I can't wait to use my knowledge this year in my own classroom!

I have wanted to be a teacher since I was little. My mom is also a teacher, so I think it just runs in my blood! I enjoy getting to know the students, developing relationships, and watching the students grow. Teaching is so rewarding!
