I am thrilled to be a part of the Morley and Rousseau communities as the gifted facilitator. I was born and raised in Lincoln, attended LPS K-12, and then graduated from UNL with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I was an elementary teacher, math coach, and instructional coach for the first 10 years of my career. I participated in Nebraska Math, an NSF Grant to improve achievement in mathematics for all students and to narrow the achievement gaps of at-risk populations. Through this grant, I was able to receive a Master of Arts in Education with a specialization in Math from UNL. Then, I completed 18 more graduate hours and earned a High Ability Learners Certification from Midland University. This is my 21st year employed with LPS and my 10th year as a gifted facilitator. I look forward to partnering with your family!
